Terms and Conditions of Service

By requesting a commission from me, you agree that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions:

1. General.✧These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
✧I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
✧The client must provide graphic/illustrative references, as well as descriptions.
✧If necessary, I will ask for more references.
✧My commissions can take between 2 days and 2 months, depending on the complexity
✧Any large changes must be made during the sketch period.
✧All my works have a watermark. It is not allowed to remove or hide them.2. You will receive.✧ I will share with you wips (work in progress progress to the end).
✧ After finishing, the images will be delivered via email.
✧ PNG in full size.
✧ If the order warrants it, I will place PNG files, with a white and transparent background.3. Pay.
✧The accepted payment methods are PayPal (USD) and Mercado Pago (Argentine Pesos).
✧Payment must be made in advance within 24 hours, otherwise the commission will be cancelled.
✧ Once I start working on your commission, refunds are not available.
✧PayPal: payment will be made only by invoice.4. Intellectual property rights and right of use.✧ I have the right to share the commission on my social networks with a watermark.
✧The client nor anyone else has permission to use my work in AI or as an NFT.
✧The art you receive is for personal use only. You can request commercial use, but it will double the cost of the commission.
✧If you publish your order on other platforms, be sure to credit me as the artist.5. Adoptables/customs.✧ Adoptables and customs can only be resold at the purchase price. They can be resold for a higher value if they have more art.

Al solicitarme una comisión, usted acepta haber leído y aceptado los siguientes términos y condiciones:

✧El cliente debe aportar referencias gráficas/ilustrativas, así como descripciones.

✧Mis comisiones pueden tardar entre 2 días y 2 meses, dependiendo de la complejidad
✧Cualquier cambio grande debe realizase durante el período de boceto.
✧Todos mis trabajos poseen marca de agua. No está permitido retirarlas ni ocultarlas.2. Usted recibirá.✧ Compartiré con usted wips (avances del trabajo en progreso hasta el final).
✧ Después de terminar, se entregarán las imágenes vía email.
✧ PNG en tamaño completo.
✧ Si el encargo lo amerita colocaré archivos PNG, con fondo blanco y transparente.3. Pago.
✧Los métodos de pagos aceptados son PayPal (USD) y Mercado Pago (Pesos Argentinos).
✧El pago debe realizarse por adelantado en un plazo de 24 hs, sino se cancelará la comisión.
✧ Una vez que empiezo a trabajar en su comisión, los reembolsos no están disponibles.
✧PayPal: el pago se hará únicamente mediante una factura.4. Derechos de propiedad intelectual y derecho de uso.✧ Tengo el derecho de compartir la comisión en mis redes sociales con marca de agua.
✧El cliente ni nadie tiene permiso para usar mi trabajo en IA o como NFT.
✧El arte que recibe es solo para uso personal. Puede solicitar el uso comercial, pero duplicará el coste d la comisión.
✧Si publicas en otras plataformas tu pedido, asegúrate de acreditarme como la artista.5. Adoptables/customs.✧ Los adoptables y customs solo se pueden revender al precio de compra. Se pueden revender por un valor mayor si poseen más arte.
